Is Clayci Safe for Children?
Our Clay has been lab tested of harmful substances such as heavy metals and volatile organic compounds. However, adult supervision is still recommended for younger children, as Clay might pose as a choking hazard. You can rest easy knowing that our Clay is safe.
Does the Clay Dry Out?
We've tested our Clay by leaving a fully built model on a car dashboard for over 4 years. It was frequently exposed to sunlight while stored in a display case. Over time, the colours faded slightly due to sun exposure, but the clay remainded pliable. Although it became firmer, we were still able to stretch, pull and reuse it. While our clay can dry out, it takes a very long time and requires intentional effort to do so.

Does Clayci Have a Physical Store?
At the moment, Clayci does not have a physical store. However, we are partnering with outlets such as Jungle Gym, where you can find our packs at their stores! We are looking to expand and eventually open our own store soon.

Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions: 1. In original Packing 2. Return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the order We do not accept returns under the following reasons (Change of mind, no longer interested, etc)
